HP is truly blurring the lines between style and technology with this great pink netbook designed by Vivienne Tam. This HP Mini 1000 features vivid shades of violet and red, and coordinates perfectly with stunning Vivienne Tam pieces from her 2009 collection. Every detail has been gone over, and the quality of the design on these machines is truly spectacular. It even includes a protective red silk sleeve designed by Vivienne.
And the HP Mini part of it is great, too. With a base price of $699.99, these pink netbooks come with Windows XP, a 10.2" display, integrated webcam, and a 16-gig solid state hard drive. The main thing that we find lacking is the only batter option is a 3-cell lithium ion, which will give you about 3 1/2 hours of battery life. A netbook is all about mobility, so the 5 1/2 hours of life that a 6-cell battery would brind seems like a no-brainer.
